Registration and Payment
Each individual planning to attend must complete and submit the registration form below.  You will be sent a follow-up email within 24hrs.  A $250 nonrefundable deposit per person will be due at this time and will be applied to the total cost.  Full payment is due no later than September 30th; failure to pay by the deadline may result in reservation cancellation.  

*In the event of a cancellation prior to the 3 week cutoff, a refund minus deposit will be issued.
